Lynn A. Buskey

Lynn has over twenty-five years of experience planning and administering estates of all levels of wealth and complexity.
In addition to receiving both her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Suffolk University in Boston, Lynn also holds a Master of Laws degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Florida and New Hampshire.
Lynn has an "AV - Preeminent" 5.0 out of 5.0 peer review rating on Martindale Hubbell and has earned a Client's Choice Award and an "excellent" rating on Avvo.com. She has been honored with numerous other awards, including the Five Star Investment Professional award for many years running.

Lynn has authored articles, lectured on various estate and tax planning topics, and served as an expert witness at trial testifying with respect to gift and estate tax matters.

Lynn serves as Of Counsel to the real estate, litigation and employment law firm of Tempus Fugit Law in Boston, Massachusetts, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Quincy Animal Shelter.

Lynn lives in South Weymouth with her three dogs, Samantha, Charlie and Crimson, and she enjoys listening to books, kickboxing and watching the Boston Bruins in her spare time.
