Lynn has approximately 20 years of experience planning and administering estates of all levels of wealth and complexity. In addition to receiving both her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Suffolk University in Boston, Lynn also holds a Master of Laws degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Florida and New Hampshire. She has an "AV - Preeminent" 5.0 out of 5.0 peer review rating on Martindale Hubbell and has earned a Client's Choice Award and an "excellent" rating on Avvo.com.
She has authored numerous articles, lectured on different estate and tax planning topics, and served as an expert witness at trial testifying with respect to gift and estate tax matters.
Lynn serves as Of Counsel to the estate planning Law Firm of Rachel M. Wassel in Foxboro, Massachusetts, and to the real estate, litigation, and employment law firm of Tempus Fugit Law in Boston, Massachusetts.
Lynn lives in North Quincy with her two dogs, Samantha and Charlie. She volunteers at the Quincy Animal Shelter and enjoys listening to books, kickboxing, and watching the Boston Bruins in her spare time.
